Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Dataraq platform and services provided by Dataraq AI Technologies FZ-LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Services
Dataraq provides a unified AI and cloud operations platform including cloud infrastructure management, LLM orchestration, AI assistant deployment, workflow automation, and security governance tools. Service features and availability may vary by subscription plan.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, and ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your data. Dataraq does not claim ownership of any customer data processed through the platform. We only access your data as necessary to provide the services or as authorized by you for support purposes.
5. Service Level Agreement
Enterprise customers receive a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) with specific uptime guarantees, support response times, and remedies. Standard SLA terms are available at dataraq.com/sla.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your enterprise agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dataraq’s total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in your enterprise agreement.
